877wim strictly enforces a one-account-per-person policy. Each Player is permitted to hold one Account only. The existence of multiple accounts held by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, device identifiers, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of these terms. Where multiple accounts are identified, 877wim reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending and settled bets placed from those accounts, and forfeit all balances held therein.
You are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information at the time of registration. This includes your legal full name as it appears on your government-issued identity document, your date of birth, a valid and accessible email address, and your Pakistani mobile number. 877wim reserves the right to verify all registration information at any time and to request supporting documentation.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials. 877wim will not be held liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access to your Account that arises from your failure to keep your login credentials secure. You must notify 877wim immediately via live chat if you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation.
Security Notice: 877wim will never ask for your full password via email, live chat, or any other channel. Do not share your password with anyone. Enable two-factor authentication on your Account for maximum security.
877wim operates a strict 21+ age policy. Registration is not permitted for any individual under the age of 21. 877wim will conduct age verification checks as part of the KYC process and may restrict Account functionality pending completion of those checks. Any Account found to belong to an individual under the age of 21 will be closed immediately and all deposits returned, with any winnings forfeited.
As required under 877wim's international gaming license, all Account holders are subject to Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. 877wim reserves the right to request identity documentation from any Player at any time, including but not limited to:
Failure to provide requested KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by 877wim will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality and, if documentation is not received within 30 days, account closure. KYC verification is mandatory before any withdrawal can be processed.

877wim accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively through the following payment channels, all operating in Pakistani Rupees (PKR): JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL Internet Banking, UBL Internet Banking, and Meezan Bank Internet Banking. No cryptocurrency, foreign currency, or third-party payment processor transfers are accepted.
The minimum deposit amount on the 877wim Platform is Rs. 500. Specific minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply per payment method and are displayed in the Cashier section of your Account at the time of transaction. 877wim reserves the right to modify transaction limits at any time with reasonable notice provided through the Platform.
Withdrawals are processed only to verified payment methods registered in the Account holder's own name. Withdrawals cannot be directed to a third party's account under any circumstances. KYC verification must be completed before any withdrawal is processed. 877wim targets processing of JazzCash and EasyPaisa withdrawals within 15 to 30 minutes of approval; bank transfers may take up to 3 business days depending on the receiving institution.
Where an Account holds both a Real Money Balance and a Bonus Balance, real money stakes are used first unless the Account settings indicate otherwise. Bonus funds are subject to the wagering requirements specified in the applicable promotion terms and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements are satisfied.
The 877wim Platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All deposits, game stakes, winnings, bonuses, and withdrawals are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion is applied at any stage. Players depositing from bank accounts operating in foreign currencies are responsible for any conversion fees applied by their bank.

Bonus funds credited to your Account must be wagered the number of times specified in the applicable promotion before the resulting balance becomes eligible for withdrawal. Unless stated otherwise, wagering contributions by game type are: slots — 100%; live dealer games — 10%; sports betting — 100% (at minimum odds of 1.5 per selection). 877wim reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotional offer at any time. Promotional terms are reviewed periodically and the current version published on the Platform is always the operative version.
All sports bets placed on the 877wim Platform are accepted subject to the specific rules for each sport and market as published in the sportsbook. 877wim reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been suspended, incorrectly priced due to technical error, or placed after the outcome of the event was determined. Cricket betting — including PSL, international T20, ODI, and Test matches — is subject to the cricket betting rules published in the sports rules section of the Platform.
All casino and RNG game outcomes are determined by certified random number generation software provided by independent, licensed game providers. 877wim does not influence game outcomes. Published RTP percentages are audited figures from independent gaming laboratories. By playing any game on the 877wim Platform, you accept the rules of that game as displayed within the game interface.
Live dealer game outcomes are determined by physical game equipment (cards, roulette wheels, etc.) operated by trained dealers in licensed studio environments. The results displayed on the Platform are the results of those physical events. Any technical interruption to the live stream that prevents a Player from observing an outcome does not invalidate that outcome; the result stands as recorded by the studio system.
In the event of a software malfunction, technical error, or communication failure that results in an incorrect game result or erroneous payment being credited to an Account, 877wim reserves the right to void affected game rounds and recover any erroneously credited amounts. 877wim will make reasonable efforts to notify affected Players and restore Account balances to the correct pre-error state.
The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 877wim Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances, and potential reporting to law enforcement or regulatory authorities:

877wim reserves the right to suspend or close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where: (a) there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity or breach of these Terms; (b) KYC documentation has not been provided within the required timeframe; (c) a payment dispute, chargeback, or reversal has been initiated; (d) the Account is required to be closed under direction from our licensing authority; or (e) the Account has been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months or more.
An Account is considered dormant after 12 consecutive months of inactivity. 877wim may apply a monthly maintenance fee of Rs. 200 to dormant accounts until the balance reaches zero or the Account is reactivated. Players will be notified before the dormancy fee commences. Reactivation requires a successful login and, where required, re-verification of identity.
All content on the 877wim Platform, including but not limited to the 877wim brand name, logo, website design, game interfaces, text content, graphics, and software, is the intellectual property of 877wim or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only.
You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, create derivative works from, or reverse engineer any element of the 877wim Platform without the prior written consent of 877wim. Any unauthorised use of 877wim intellectual property will be pursued to the full extent of applicable law.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 877wim's total aggregate liability to you in connection with these Terms and Conditions, your Account, or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
877wim shall not be liable for: (a) any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses; (b) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated savings; (c) loss of data or account information; (d) losses arising from your failure to comply with these Terms; (e) losses arising from third-party actions including telecommunications failures or payment provider errors outside 877wim's control.
Nothing in these Terms limits 877wim's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.
877wim processes your personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms and Conditions by reference. By registering an Account, you consent to the collection, processing, and storage of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
Personal data collected during registration and KYC processes is used for account administration, identity verification, fraud prevention, AML compliance, and regulatory reporting. 877wim does not sell personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. 877wim reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material — meaning they significantly affect your rights or obligations as a Player — 877wim will provide notice of the changes via email to your registered address and/or via a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days before the changes take effect.
